Our dedicated Response Centre, which operates 24-hours-a-day, 365-days-a-year, provides a fast and efficient response to calls for assistance from a wide variety of agencies and organisations countrywide.
These range from local authorities, border control, fire and rescue, customs & excise, and inland revenue, to charities such as Help the Aged and Age Concern and those supporting the victims of crime.
Our Response Centre co-ordinates the call-out of trusted and responsible registered tradespeople according to the nature of assistance needed.
We are always building on and developing our comprehensive and growing database to ensure we cover all eventualities, and by working in partnership and understanding the unique and diverse needs of each agency, we can tailor our the service offered by our Response Centre to provide whatever type of contractor may be required by individual organisations.
It is Boing's aim to provide a high quality of individual service and aftercare to enhance the work of each organisation's staff and volunteers by providing assistance to the public in times of emergency or distress.
